Terms of Service

Article 1 (Scope of Application)

These Terms apply to all matters relating to the use of the Site. By using the Site, users are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Intellectual Property Rights)

When using the Site, users must not engage in any of the following acts:

• Criminal acts or acts that may lead to criminal activity
• Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, reputation, or other rights of the Company or third parties
• Acts that interfere with the operation of the Site or damage the Company's reputation
• Acts that place an excessive burden on the Site's servers or network systems
• Acts of using or providing harmful programs such as computer viruses
• Acts of unauthorized access, cracking, or other cyberattacks
• Acts of unlawfully obtaining or using another user's account information
• Acts of providing false information to the Site
• Any other acts the Company deems inappropriate

Article 4 (Links)

Links to the Site are permitted only where the following conditions are met:

• The link does not damage the reputation of the Company or the Site
• The link does not create the impression that the Site's content belongs to a third-party website, such as by displaying the Site within a frame
• The linking website does not contain content that is unlawful or contrary to public order and morals

The Company is not responsible, for any reason whatsoever, for the content of any external website linked from the Site.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company is not liable for any of the following matters:

• The accuracy, completeness, usefulness, or timeliness of the content of the Site
• Temporary suspension, discontinuation, alteration, or deletion of the Site

Article 6 (Handling of Personal Information)

Article 7 (Changes, Suspension, and Termination of Service)

The Company may change, suspend, or terminate all or part of the Site, temporarily or permanently, without prior notice to users, in any of the following cases:

• When operation of the Site becomes difficult due to force majeure such as fire, power outage, or natural disaster

Article 8 (Changes to these Terms)

The Company may amend these Terms without notice to users when it deems necessary. The amended Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Site. Continued use of the Site shall be deemed acceptance of the amended Terms.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance over any disputes arising in connection with these Terms.
