Ginza Rokkakutei
Ginza Rokkakutei is a kushikatsu (skewer) specialty restaurant where you can enjoy the flavors of the celebrated Osaka restaurant "Rokkakutei" in Ginza. Since the Ginza store opened in 2004, it has captivated many gourmets with its creative kushikatsu using seasonal ingredients and its abundant wine pairings. The restaurant's name embodies the sentiment of valuing the "six senses"—the five senses of sight, hearing, smell, taste, and touch, plus the chef's "sense."
New Deliciousness Created by Creative Kushikatsu
Ginza Rokkakutei's characteristic is that it transcends genre boundaries such as Japanese, Western, and Chinese cuisine, sublimating all ingredients into a single cuisine called kushikatsu. Seasonal seafood and vegetables from across Japan, Japanese black beef, and other ingredients are carefully prepared one by one, and served with optimal frying conditions for each ingredient.
Five types of sauces and condiments prepared for each skewer further enhance the appeal of each ingredient. The omakase course starting with live-prepared kuruma shrimp features a structure where you can enjoy the light texture unique to freshly fried skewers.
